The above image is a picture of Five Franklin Place, which should be completed by early next year, with 17 levels of residential and ground floor, street front retail. The construction of the building stalled during the economic crisis due to problems with developer funding, however construction is definitely back on track and well on its way to being complete in 2011.
Unveiled by Ben van Berkel from UNStudio, the building is a fantastic architectural creation and will make a nice imprint on the street and the neighbourhood.
